Giant White Bird of Paradise

We love this plant for its spectacular, large green leaves, adding an exotic, tropical feel to your landscape. This shrub grows quite fast so would make a big gorgeous green screen if you have the room as it can get to around 6m high and few metres wide – so don’t plant it to close to the house or a fence.  Strelitzia nic can tolerate both drought and frost, but keep protected when young.  If you’re limited for space, you can still put one in the patio/courtyard in a large feature pot for a dramatic display.
