Agonis Flexuosa  Peppermint Tree

Agonis Flexuosa or Peppermint Tree, Willow Myrtle as it is commonly called. A beautiful, local endemic tree that is native to the Southwest. Plant this tree for an easy to grow, happy tree that will provide you with shade, and lovely, soft, weeping texture in your garden. It gets its common name Peppermint Tree for its aromatic, menthol fragrant leaves.  Can grow around   6 – 10m.

Small, white flowers appear every Spring time. Agonis flexuosa are drought tolerant once established, however to get them growing nicely, they’ll need to receive adequate watering.
