Japanese Maple Purple or Acer palmatum atropurpureum. This sweet Japanese Maple is a small tree – growing 4-5m and a nice addition to any garden. Foliage emerges a burgundy red in Spring and continues this colour up until Autumn. Ideal for a sheltered courtyard that receives ample sunlight with a bit of shade.  Looks great as a feature tree and will complement the surrounding green colours in the garden. It will add beautiful shapes, shadows and textures
