Brunfelsia  latifolia    Yesterday Today Tomorrow
This evergreen shrub grows 2m x 1.5m with coloured flowers that start out purple, changing to light lavender, then fading to white. In Spring time, (and into Summer) you’ll end up with lots of  flowers that are multi coloured on an attractive looking shrub. And the flowers are scented!
Brunfelsia is from South America, so grow in full sun, or with some shade. Doesn’t like the frost. Plant with improved soil – compost, rock dust (and clay if you’re planting in sandy soils). Responds really well to tip pruning, to keep plant bushy.
