Dwarf Satsuma Blood Plum ripening Jan-Feb, is a sweet and juicy clingstone variety with deep red flesh and skin. Eat fresh, straight off the tree, or use in cooking for stewing, or preserving or jam .
As this is a dwarf tree, it has been grown on dwarving rootstock. The tree will need to be staked for support as it grows and fruits. They’ll grow 1.5 – 2m in height and width. Great in a pot or in the ground for small courtyards, balconies or if you have a really small backyard.
Pollinates with Mariposa or Santa Rosa .
