Rosemary officinalis – Rosemary Tuscan Blue is  great for hedging or topiary as it has a strong, upright growth habit, perfect for clipping into shape. It’s ornamental as well as culinary, growing 1-1.5m tall if left unclipped. Bright blue flowers attract plenty of bees year round, perfect if you have a vegie patch or fruit trees.

Rosemary prefers a free draining soil in the sun or part shade. Very tough as well as waterwise and drought tolerant – perfect for coastal planting, cottage style, formal or culinary gardens.
