Classic, yellowish, green coloured apple with a very sweet flavour, ripening early around February. Apples picked fresh from the tree are much more flavourful and sweeter than those from the Supermarket. Great for sauces and to add to salads.
Cross Pollinators – Granny Smith, Red Delicious, Fuji and also the ornamental Crab Apple, which can help pollinate with it’s long flowering time.
